1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking services with SN Luxury Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all customers, website visitors, and users of our services.

2. Services Provided

SN Luxury Cleaning provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • House Cleaning

  • Office Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

  • Airbnb Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Post-Construction Cleaning

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and property assessment.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if:

  • The size or condition of the property differs from what was described

  • Additional services are requested during the appointment

  • Excessive buildup, clutter, or hazardous conditions are present

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed with the customer before completion of the service whenever possible.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

SN Luxury Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment issues

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment options.

Late or declined payments may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service, customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property

  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment

  • Remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items from work areas

  • Inform us of any hazardous conditions

SN Luxury Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from unsecured or improperly installed items

7. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may offer a re-clean of the specific area in question at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SN Luxury Cleaning shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, business interruption, or lost profits

  • Damage due to pre-existing conditions or improper installation

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
